Selecting Your Coach 

  • Choosing either coach Rob, Rees or Harvey as your coach entails them delivering your sessions for the current month, with the possibility of continuation into subsequent months if you are satisfied. However, you have the flexibility to switch coaches each month if desired depending on coach availability. Please note coaches operate on individual subscription models tailored to their respective qualification types.

 

Cancellation Policy 

  • Clients are required to give a 72-hour (3 days) notice if unable to attend a session. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a charge of 50% of the per-session cost, allowing us time to arrange coverage for other clients to attend instead. Non-payment for this charge automatically cancels the ongoing subscription. However, we do provide a one-session grace period within the month, where if the cancellation falls short of the 72-hour notice, no charge will be incurred.

 

Reschedule Date 

  • Provided a 72-hour (3 days) notice is given, a rescheduled session would tried to be arranged but this isn’t guaranteed due to the volume of sessions we have through the month. If an alternative date cannot be accommodated, the session for that week will be forfeited. If a client fails to attend a session without prior communication, the session for that week will be forfeited, and no rescheduling will occur.

 

Payments

  • Full subscription payments must be completed by the 1st of each month. However, we can arrange payments to be paid within the first week of the month if a specific date is agreed upon by both the owner and the client. Failure to adhere to the agreed-upon payment date will result in automatic cancellation of the subscription for that month, rendering it invalid.

 

Missed Payments

  • In the event of a missed payment for the first time, a grace period is granted. You will receive notifications via both email and text message reminding you to complete the payment. Following this notification, you have 24 hours to make the full payment. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your subscription. To renew you will have to make full subscription payment to make it valid for that month regardless of lost weeks within the month. This is the process for each month of your subscription.

 

Payment Plan

  • Payment plans require half of the fee to be paid during the initial week with the payment date confirmed with the owner and client of the month, with the remaining balance due in the second week again the payment date is confirmed with the owner and client. Failure to adhere to this schedule results in forfeiture of the deposited funds, and clients are unable to renew until the subsequent month if the outstanding payment remains unpaid.

 

Coaches Unavailable 

  • In the event of the coach’s unavailability, we will strive to arrange a substitute coach for the session. Should coverage not be feasible for any reason, a 50% discount on the subsequent session will be provided, calculated as half of the weekly session cost. 

 

Paused Subscription National Holidays

  • During national holiday periods through the year, subscriptions will be paused once the confirmed time from the coaches has been established on whether we will continue or have a break due to the national holiday. This ensures that session fees will only be charged for the scheduled time of the month.

 

Cancelling You Membership

  • If you are thinking of cancelling your membership This needs to be done 7 days prior to the end of the month of which you are cancelling in. Failing this a penalty payment of £30 will be made
